Premises and locality

The offices are situated in newly reconstructed premises of a three-storey corner building (Štefánkova-Kabátníkova) with an elevator. Even a restaurant (Restaurant Aura). is a part of the object. A separated entrance secured by means of a code doorway leads to the offices. The offices have gone through a complete reconstruction and they have been designed exactly for the operation of the Center (plastic framed windows, floating floors, a new kitchenette, lighting, ploughed crossbars, new central heating bodies, …). The premises are divided into three transit rooms, two of which have their own entrance from the corridor, and one separate room which will be adapted as a meeting room. One of the three offices will be subdivided into a rest part and a hot-desking working place for members without a full access.
The premises for the offices have been chosen in such a way so that they could be well accessible from the center and so that there was no problem with parking at the same time (troublefree parking right in front of the building). Therefore the locality in the urban neighbourhood Ponava was chosen, a few steps from the stop Hrnčířská (four stops from the Brno city centre).
Facilities
Each working place is equipped with a table, lockable container, chair, accessories and connection to the electrical wiring. The circulating area is further equipped with smart and functionary furniture (meeting room furniture, lounge suite, bookcase, cabinets, …). The kitchenette is equipped with all tableware for preparing quick refreshment and drinks (microwave oven, electric kettle, fridge, tableware, …).
For joint use there is a professional network multifunction printer (scanner, photocopier), shredder, laminating machine, projecftor, screen, flipchart, a complete wi-fi covering. Simply everything you need for effective work.
Connectivity
At disposal for all members there is a wireless secured network with access to a high speed Internet (30Mbit). Each member with a full access has the possibility to use the web space (1Gb or more after an agreement) and secured email in the form of anything@bcwc.cz
Further it is possible to set up a fixed VOIP telephone, eventually an internet fascimile (technical support provided).
Capacity
The premises have been preliminarily designed for 12 permanent members and 4-5 members with a limited access. The membership ratio can, however, be modified.
